Do I need a doctor's referral before starting physiotherapy?
No, a referral is not necessary to book a physiotherapy appointment. However, some Extended Health Insurance Plans may require one to reimburse you for your claim.
Do I need any exercise equipment?
No, as many excellent exercises do not require any equipment. However if needed, your physiotherapist may bring the necessary equipment for you to use during your follow-up sessions. You may receive recommendations on exercise equipment to purchase for your home exercise program.
Do you treat MVAs and WSIB cases?
No, we do not currently accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) claims.
Do you do direct billing?
No, we do not do direct billing. Your physiotherapist will provide you an invoice and your payment receipt, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Interac e-transfers only. Payment will be collected at each visit and a receipt will be e-mailed to you.
