Ashley is a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to help patients restore movement and function. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is happy to listen to patient concerns, to answer questions, and to explain the benefits of each treatment performed. Ashley promotes active recovery through individualized sessions with her patients, where she delivers therapeutic exercise programs and training, manual therapy, education, and self-management strategies to maximize patient success. She is multilingual and can provide services in English, French, and Vietnamese.
Ashley is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is a current member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. She has experience in multiple settings, including orthopaedic and sport injury clinics, a neurological and vestibular rehabilitation centre, pulmonary rehabilitation programs, palliative care teams, and hospital acute and convalescent care units. Originally from Montreal, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Concordia University. She previously worked as a Kinesiologist/Clinical Exercise Physiologist in the field of cardiac and neurological rehabilitation.
As a lifelong learner, Ashley strongly believes in ongoing professional development and on pursuing post-graduate certifications to ensure exceptional physiotherapy services. In her spare time, she loves to explore the great outdoors and stays physically active through hiking, kayaking, and tennis.
